I started this crazy journey in an unusual place…

…working in California State Politics. Long hours and insane expectations left me burnt TF out. I wasn’t just stressed and anxious, my body began to completely shut down because of the way I overcommitted myself and because no one had ever taught me how to say NO. I was quite literally falling apart in the name of caring for others. I had no other option than to start choose myself.

Did you think this is the part of the story where I told you I started my own business and never made the same mistake again? NOPE.

I grew the ladyballs to quit the Capitol & take the leap into business ownership. I built my yoga/Pilates teaching practice & launched my first company (a sweatshop free yoga apparel & retreats company called Namaste As Fuck) and then I burnt out in teaching too.

I was exhausted from bending over backwards for clients in the name of helping them & undercharging in the name of accessibility - and also because I secretly didn’t think I deserved it.

I started to hate yoga - the thing I loved the most!

Fast forward a few years & I was working as an intuitive healer in LA - I had built a successful in home practice and was making more than I had ever made.

And AGAIN it got to a point where I was didn’t know how to say no to anyone, raise my prices or implement boundaries with clients who relied on me too much.

I was making plenty of money but I couldn’t hang on to it. It was never enough because there was never enough for ME in my business.

I’ve burned out in every way shape or form you could ever burn out - like having a doctor tell you that you’re at risk for a heart attack at 26 from adrenal exhaustion kind of burnout).

I don’t just help womxn put a STOP to the endless cycle of burnout, I teach them how to FLOURISH. Sustainably.

I work with womxn who are READY for more & to command their true worth in their business doing things they actually love doing by taking a holistic, big picture approach to you & your biz.

I use my background in yoga, somatics, intuitive healing & energy work coupled with the experience (and mistakes) in building 3 successful businesses from the ground up to hold radical space for you to work through the emotional wounds holding you back & lovingly call you out on your shit.
