Meet Megan
Megan is an amazing beauty photographer (seriously, peep her website). She already had the skills & plenty of clients, but despite having all the ingredients to have a successful business, she kept finding herself exhausted, scrambling to make sure to book out each month & not excited about most of the work she was doing. Her clients constantly late canceled, asked for discounts, were late on invoices & overasked. Megan needed some serious boundary making, price increases to match her experience level & a confidence makeover to match the beautiful work she produces.
Together, we built out the back end of her business to seamlessly pull in ideal clients, automate boundaries so that she wouldn’t be chasing around flakey or discount asking clients & a whole new relationship with herself so she can confidently step into negotiations.
