I left a CA State political staffing career in my mid twenties to launch my first business, Namaste As Fuck & build my somatic facilitation practice. I travel 4-6 months out of the year leading transformative retreats all over the world. I’ve spent the past decade walking the walk of what I teach and empowering clients build transformative containers & niche shattering brands, all while living a life they love to live.

I’m not here to help you “build a business.” I’m here to co-create an absolute playground where every part of you gets to be discovered, integrated, and fully expressed - and you just so happen to get paid a lot of money for it.
I’m don’t want to help you build a business like mine. I’m here to amplify the fuck out of your own energy so you can build a business like yours. There’s no magic in cookie-cutter strategy. And we’re here for magic.
